180-Day Return & Refund Policy

At IEY, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our LED drawing board kits. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to assist with a seamless return and refund process.
1. 180-Day Return Window
We offer a 180-day return policy, which means you have 180 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be free from damage caused by misuse or customer handling and must be returned with its original packaging. Opening or using the product does not by itself disqualify a return.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our Customer Concierge team at service@dlovivo.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at service@dlovivo.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by providing a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Final sale items or gift cards.

Items damaged through misuse or customer handling, or returned without their original packaging.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take an additional 24-48 hours. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every package meets our quality standards.

What is included?
Each kit includes one LED board, seven colour pens, a cleaning cloth, a stand and a USB cable.
How is it powered?
The board uses USB power. Follow the supplied instructions for power and setup.
Can I use other markers?
Use markers intended for the board. Contact us before buying replacements if you are unsure about compatibility.
